Things to do on the Amalfi Coast:
CRUISE TO MAIORI & MINORI
These two coastal towns are often overlooked but offer a more laid-back experience. Maiori has one of the largest beaches on the Amalfi Coast, and Minori is known for its delicious pastries and Roman archaeological sites.
SPA AT MONSTERO SANTA ROSA
During our stay at the Monastero Santa Rosa, Ben and I spent a whole afternoon in the thermal pools in spa. The architecture of the old monastery makes for such a tranquil place to relax. Massages and facials are also available!
SHOP FOR POTTERY IN VIETRI SUL MARE
The town of Vietri sul Mare is famous for its ceramics. It’s less visited by tourists compared to the more popular Amalfi and Positano. You can explore workshops and boutiques selling colorful ceramics – most of them will ship your pieces home for you!
EXPLORE ATRANI
Atrani is one of the smallest and less touristy villages on the coast. It offers a more authentic and peaceful experience compared to its bustling neighbor, Amalfi.
EAT LEMON SORBETTO IN AMALFI
No trip to the Amalfi Coast is complete without a stroll through the actual town of Amalfi. While I love gelato, sorbetto really has my heart. I had delicious lemon sorbetto in Amalfi!
EXPLORE THE GARDENS OF RAVELLO
Ravello is known for its stunning gardens, but some smaller, less-visited gardens like Villa Cimbrone and Villa Rufolo offer beautiful views and tranquility away from the crowds.

VISIT FURORE FJORD
Often overlooked by tourists, Furore Fjord is a hidden gem on the Amalfi Coast. You can take a boat tour through this deep gorge surrounded by cliffs and visit the small fishing village of Furore.
FORNILLO BEACH IN POSITANO
While the main beach in Positano can get crowded, Fornillo Beach, located just a short walk away, is usually quieter and offers a more relaxed atmosphere.
TAKE IN THE SUNSET AT PUNTA CAMPANELLA
While not technically on the Amalfi Coast itself, Punta Campanella on the Sorrento Peninsula offers stunning sunset views over the Gulf of Naples and the Amalfi Coast.

- Delicatessen – Buy picnic fixings here to eat on the beach.
